As the landscape of aging services evolves, the need to navigate complex ethical considerations has never been more crucial. On April 24, 2025 in Omaha, Nebraska, students and staff in aging services will have the rare opportunity to engage in a full-day seminar led by renowned bioethics expert, Dr. Michael A. Gillette of Bioethical Services of Virginia, Inc.

This seminar promises to be a thought-provoking and interactive discussion, challenging participants to think critically about the delicate balance between client concerns and agency responsibilities. Dr. Gillette, a highly respected authority in the field, will guide attendees through a series of sessions designed to inspire lively discussion and productive arguments around the ethical dilemmas that aging service providers face on a daily basis.

Join us for the LeadingAge Nebraska Star-Spangled Scramble! Networking, golf, drinks, dinner and prizes await you at the Thursday afternoon scramble. The shotgun start is at 1 pm and finishes with dinner in the clubhouse.

ABOUT THE COURSE: Woodland Hills Golf Course offers a challenging layout for all level players. From the accomplished player to the beginner you will enjoy your time on the course. Built on a tree farm, Woodland Hills offers a unique look to courses in eastern Nebraska. From the gently rolling fairways, 3 lakes and countless variety of trees you may enjoy the scenery as much as the golf. Woodland Hills is conveniently located 20 minutes from Lincoln and 45 minutes from Omaha, Nebraska. The wonderful Jeffrey Brauer design is Nebraska's only 5 star facility (Golf Digest "Places to Play").

SCRAMBLE DETAILS: The 4-person scramble will begin with a shotgun start at 1 pm. There will be dinner provided after the scramble in the Woodland Hills clubhouse.
