ArCuretecture Partnership LeadingAge Nebraska and arCuretecture have a unique partnership. LeadingAge Nebraska is sponsoring procurement of preliminary building assessments for all our members through arCuretecture. This is a great opportunity to have an architect provide an overview assessment of your existing building based on an on-site building review. The goal of the assessment is to help identify possible existing conditions that may be in current or future need of maintenance, repair, or replacement. The review will include a visual review of building elements such as the exterior structure, mechanical and electrical systems, and architectural elements including ADA and Fair Housing elements within the building. Each participating member will receive a ‘conditional analysis’. This analysis can be used as a discussion starting point for what may need to be done to ensure your building is compliant with current code or how you may need to start planning for future improvements to the identified building systems.
