Membership

LeadingAge Nebraska together with our National Partner, LeadingAge, represent the non-profit providers of senior housing and services in Nebraska. Our members are located across the state and are unified in their service to Nebraska elders. Benefits of membership to our Association include:

  • Advocacy- Our primary goal at LeadingAge Nebraska is to advocate for our members in the areas of regulation, legislation and any other issues that impact our greatest asset, our residents.  We work with members of the Legislature, to advocate for preventing cuts in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements.
  • Education- With all of this advocacy activity, we have not neglected our members’ need for continuing education. Our philosophy with respect to continuing education is to provide state-approved high quality continuing education that will allow you to serve your staff and the residents of your facility.
  • LeadingAge National- Our National organization, LeadingAge, offers a number of highly important member services, group purchasing, national advocacy, informed industry updates, and the ability to shape the future of aging services.
  • Networking- Our association allows you to network with our peers, share innovations and ideas for our industry challenges.

Membership Categories

Provider Member

Membership to LeadingAge Nebraska is open to any provider of senior housing and services. Benefits include access to state and national resources from LeadingAge. To learn more about membership CLICK HERE.

Business Associate

Business Associate membership is open to any organization that provides products and services for the Long-Term Care Community. Business Associates are members of LeadingAge Nebraska. For more information on becoming a Business Associate member of LeadingAge Nebraska, CLICK HERE.

Individual

Individual membership is open to any person not affiliated with an organization eligible for member status and who has an interest in care and services for older persons. Benefits include access to state resources from LeadingAge Nebraska. For an application for individual membership, CLICK HERE. 

Student

Student membership is open to any individual enrolled in a formal program providing training and preparation for employment in providing care and/or services to older persons. Membership is free to registered students. To apply for student membership, CLICK HERE.
