Provider Membership Information

As a member of LeadingAge Nebraska, you will receive essential information, tools, education, networking opportunities, support and advocacy to enhance your organizations' ability to further your mission. LeadingAge Nebraska provider members automatically become members of the LeadingAge National. Full membership is open to any publicly owned or non-profit, charitable tax-exempt organization providing care, housing and/or services to the elderly. Our members include:

  •           Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facilities
  •           Residential Care Facilities
  •           Assisted Living Facilities
  •           Independent, Congregate and Supportive Senior Housing
  •           Affordable Housing Communities

  •           PACE Providers

As a Provider Member, we are afforded all of the rights and privileges at the State and National level of LeadingAge to which members are entitled under Nebraska law. Membership may be contingent upon the Board of Directors review and approval of the membership application and acceptance of dues for membership. We understand that as a Provider Member, we are entitled to ONE (1) vote at the Annual Meeting for any items that require a vote of the membership as determined by the Board of Directors. Ballots will be sent to the Administrative contact for each provider member prior to the annual meeting.
