We are excited to give you even more value for your registration this year! Everyone who registers for the conference (1 or 2 days) is invited to attend the Cocktail Hour on Monday, March 31, 2025 (at the hotel) and also the Disco Night on April 1, 2025! See the list below for pricing options.

NOTE: Pre-Conference session registration is separate from main conference registration. The Cocktail Hour IS included in both Pre-Conference and/or Main Conference registration. Email Natalie at [email protected] if you have questions.

*GROUP RATE DETAILS: The group rate allows member provider communities to register an unlimited number of participants with one flat fee. Must provide names, titles and email addresses for all who will be attending on the registration form. This registration category is available to LeadingAge NE provider members only. The group rate does NOT apply to the Pre-Conference program - separate registration is required.

Note: Individual communities within multi-site organizations are considered separate communities for purpose of applying discounts for multiple participants. The corporate headquarters of a multi-site organization is considered to be a community in this context and may apply the discount for multiple participants who are employed at the corporate headquarters.

CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds will be given for cancellations. Substitutions are accepted. However, if you cannot attend due to circumstances out of your control (such as exposure to/testing positive for COVID-19, a death in the family, or state surveyors in your community during the conference) and no substitute is available, a credit will be issued for you to use at a future LeadingAge Nebraska event.
